Initially NECA Education and Careers will meet with you to understand:

- Areas of training
- Your budget.
From there, a position description will be developed and approved by you.
NECA Education and Careers will then undertake the recruitment process including:
- Advertising and screening
- First round interviews
- Aptitude testing
- Reference checks/police checks/working with children checks
- Short list candidates to meet your criteria.
You will then interview and select the candidate you wish to employ.
