Careers Advisors Open Day Competition

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To enter into the draw, careers advisors and teachers must attend Open Day on Wednesday 16 August 2017 between 8am and 5pm.

Entry is only open to Careers Advisors and Teachers that attend Open Day 2017 The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity and contact details) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

Promotion commences 8.00am AEST on Monday 1st May 2017 and ends 5.00pm AEST on Wednesday 16 August 2017. The winning entry will be picked by NECA Education & Careers Chief Executive Officer, Philip Green, at NECA Education & Careers, 1024 Lygon Street Carlton North VIC 3054 on Thursday 17 August 2017 at 1.30pm. The winner will be announced and contacted by phone within 24 hours of the prize draw. Promoter will record their contact details so that the prize may be awarded. Winner will be displayed in the offices at NECA Education & Careers, Lygon Street from Thursday 17 August 2017 for seven days. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The prize is a $500 cheque which must be put towards equipment for the school. The prize value is GST inclusive. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If the prize is unclaimed, the promoter will hold onto the prizes up to one month after the winner is announced.

If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for any tax implications. Independent financial advice should be sought.

The information participants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this promotion. Entry is only open to visitors of NECA Education & Careers that attend Open Day 2017, excluding employees, current apprentices attending the trade school. contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter. GTO Apprentice/Trainee Survey 2017

To enter into the draw, apprentices or trainees must complete the GTO Survey by 25th August 2017.
