Since 1991 we have seen significant growth in our trade school numbers. Enrolling a total of over 35,000 pre-apprentice, apprentice and fee for service students with a completion rate of 90%, our vision has always been to advance people through excellence in education and careers. We understand the importance of standing out from the crowd and love doing things a little differently.

Our student satisfaction rates have shown great results, compared to the state average.

The results below are excerpts from the 2019 RTO Performance Summary Report by the Victorian Department of Education and Training. It details the results of the Student Satisfaction Survey and the Employer Satisfaction Survey and presents key Performance Measures across Student experience, Student outcomes, and Employer feedback.

Our key performing areas

In the Student experience category, the proportion of VET students who were satisfied with the training provided by NECA Education & Careers was 83.3%, compared to the Victorian state average of 77.5%.

In the Student outcomes category, the proportion of VET students who achieved their main reason for training reached an outstanding 92.7%, well above the Victorian state average of 73.5%. In addition, the proportion of VET students who would recommend NECA Education & Careers to their colleagues was 85% compared to the Victorian state average of 76%.

Lastly, in the Employer feedback category our employers have continued to express high levels of satisfaction with the training provided by our RTO. The state average for 2019 was 78.5% compared to our result of 82%.
