Introduction to Project Management is delivered by our training partner Genesis Solutions and is essential to any business. Project Management is a large part of what most organisations do from events to strategic planning, IT to Capital Works. This course provides you with the knowledge and skills to leverage the key elements of Project Management best practices for your projects – from establishing scope though to managing risk and reporting project status.
