Brush up on your knowledge before you go for your electrical licence. NECA Education & Careers offers tutorials to prepare you for the licensing assessment. This course prepares you for the practical assessment, in our purpose built facilities.

Please note: You are required to bring your own IR Tester.


Meet your teacher: Troy Jezierski

Troy has worked across the electrical industry for almost 20 years in domestic, commercial and industrial. He has worked around the country crawling through ceiling spaces to run cables, fault-finding complex control circuits in the railway and almost anything in between.

Troy began teaching at NECA Education & Careers in 2017. He left for two years to work in an Australian Aid program teaching electricians in the Pacific then returned to NECA Education & Careers to continue training apprentices, facilitating LEA refreshers and delivering Continuing Professional Development for A-Grade Electricians.

Please email your signed LEA “Authorisation to Undertake License Electrical Assessment” to  No student will be able to sit the assessment without this form.
