Project Management Stakeholder & Communication Management is delivered by our training partner Genesis Solutions and provides an advanced understanding of the critical need for stakeholder management and how to deal with potentially troublesome issues. This course equips project managers with a set of tools to help them identify key stakeholders (internal and external) and their role in the project, and then manage stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle with a model for communication plans and strategies. This course also touches on how to manage organisational change and community engagement projects.

  • Explain why stakeholder management is critical to project success
  • Identify key stakeholders and their role on the project
  • Create a stakeholder management plan to manage the involvement and expectations of stakeholders
  • Provide an assessment of stakeholder engagement to monitor progress
  • Develop a communication plan for stakeholders.

The Introduction to Project Management (at NECA Education & Careers or Genesis) is a pre-requisite to this course but not mandatory.
