Olya joined NECA Education & Careers in 2018 as the next step in her 15-year career in adult education.  Olya has worked as a senior executive with both private and large public education providers.  A leader with a proven track record in developing and communicating vision, goals and objectives and achieving their successful implementation.

As the Corporate Services Manager, Olya is responsible for shared services across the organisation including learning and development, learning resources, e-learning, marketing and communications, quality & compliance for the RTO and GTO.

Olya was drawn to NECA Education & Careers for the approach to education that puts the students first, and the care shown to students, apprentices and trainees. She enjoys the team spirit among her colleagues, feeling that everyone is very proactive and has a ‘get up and go’ attitude.

The opportunity to build on student and teacher feedback and continue improving the learning programs produced by NECA Education & Careers is something that excites Olya, as is the chance to incorporate new innovations to the online, blended and facilitated programs.
