After 8 successful years as our CEO, Philip Green is retiring at the end of June.

I am pleased to advise that after an extensive process, the Board has appointed Mr. Gideon Perrott as his replacement. Gideon commences on 6 June 2022.

Gideon has over 20 years of experience in management and business development. His industry expertise spans vocational education and training, energy retailing, health insurance, and banking and trustee services.

The Board of NECA Education and Careers are confident of a smooth transition and that Gideon will continue the legacy of professionalism, growth and leadership that have been the hallmark of Phil’s career.

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank staff for the tremendous effort of all over the last two very difficult years.

Despite the impact of COVID-19, NECA E&C continues as a highly successful industry leader which delivers great outcomes for our apprentices, trainees and host employers.
