A traineeship combines work for an employer with off-the-job training with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) such as a TAFE or private college.

As a trainee you will receive on-the-job training in a vocational area such as:
- Data/AV/security
- Administration
- Information technology
Upon completion of a traineeship you will be eligible to receive a minimum of a Certificate II in your chosen vocational area.
