    What is a business
    traineeship?

You will be placed with a host employer where you will complete your on-the-job placement for the duration of the traineeship on a full-time basis, with time allowed for you to complete your off-the-job training online.

Trainees support the functions of the team or company they join through general administration, customer service, and report writing, and are vital to the productivity of the team or company. Many business trainees within larger organisations join a specialist division like human resources, marketing, legal, health and safety or finance.

    Employment, mentorship, and support

Throughout the traineeship program, trainees will receive ongoing guidance and support from an industry careers consultant.

This tailored mentorship will help trainees navigate the complexities of the industry, develop a strong skill set and excel in their chosen field, setting them up for long-term success.

We are committed to providing career opportunities to individuals from diverse backgrounds, including people living with disability.
