Intakes occur all year, so whether you are looking for a career change, finishing year 12 or spent some time travelling, you can start this 12-week course any time of year.

You will also learn additional, highly sought-after practical skills like:

  • Reading plans and marking out the electrical installation
  • Identifying and ordering products for the job
  • Installation and terminate electrical equipment
  • Installing cable tray
  • Running catenary wire
  • Wiring and fitting off socket outlets (power points) and light switches
  • Completing quality tests on your installation

Pre-Apprenticeships have intakes all year and you can apply at any time. Individuals with disabilities are encouraged to apply. Intake Date indicates the day you are required to attend the Pre-Training review and Information Session. Please note: Course commencement is subject to numbers. Please refer to our refund policy for more information. You will be required to pay a $100 deposit to process your application. If you're successful this will be taken off your resources & amenities fee. If unsuccessful, this amount will be refunded to you.
